Individual & Group Consultation

I’m excited to offer personalized consultation for therapists aiming to build confidence and refine their skills. My own professional growth has been significantly influenced by advanced training and incredible mentors, and I’m passionate about sharing that support with you. Together, we can navigate complex cases and develop sustainable strategies for trauma-focused care. As an EMDRIA approved consultant-in-training I offer individual and group consultation in EMDR that’s informed by my training in polyvagal theory, sensorimotor psychotherapy, “parts work” (Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego States Therapy, Imaginal Nurturing and the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS) and trauma-informed practice. I am always learning, and I would love to support you in your learning.

EMDRIA Certification 

Deepen your practice, gain confidence in technique, case consultation, use of protocols, and memory reconsolidation as an EMDR therapist and work toward EMDRIA certification. Improve and consolidate clinical skills and receive feedback on your implementation of EMDR protocols, fostering deeper understanding and improving your therapeutic interventions.

Ongoing Case consultation is a collaborative learning and support system. Embrace it as an opportunity to enhance your skills, ensure the best outcomes for your clients and stay at the forefront of this powerful therapeutic approach. We’ll discuss complex cases, explore alternative approaches, and gain the assurance you're on the right track, leading to improved client outcomes.  Ongoing consultation provides support as you navigate challenging situations, address ethical dilemmas, and ensure you're providing safe and responsible EMDR therapy. I’d love to collaborate with you as you seek feedback on complex cases, explore alternative approaches, work to attain best use of self, and stay updated on evolving practices.

Individual Consultation

Whether you are interested in EMDR Certification or deepening your practice, Individual Consultation is targeted just to you and your questions. For a limited time (while I am finishing up my Consultation Application), Individual Consultation is Pay What You Can. Group Case Consultation

Group Case Consultation provides you the benefit of listening to others’ cases and questions as well as presenting and getting feedback on your own cases. Starting in September 2025, I will be offering Group Consultation from once per month on the last Friday of each month. Cost will be $75 per session and each consultation group will be limited to four consultees. If you are interested in joining a consultation group, please email me or schedule a quick call here.
